Transport Help Desk assists Bank staff and external partners in accessing resources, information and Bank-generated knowledge on the transport sector issues. What we can do for you: - Send regular updates on World Bank’s transport activities,
- Respond to questions about World Bank transport policies, activities and projects,
- Channel specific requests to sector experts,
- Locate online documents, toolkits, and other information,
- Provide relevant resource materials (hardcopies of World Bank publications, CDs, Toolkits, etc) if available,
- Guide to other resources that could be more adequate to the query,
- Serve as contact point for knowledge sharing activities with World Bank transport partners,
- Provide information on Transport-related events in the Bank,
- Give 'hotline' support for the transport web site with broken links, downloads, file compatibility, etc.
Our goal is to provide you with a response within 3 business days. All responses to external queries are derived from publicly available resources.
