Objective: The primary objective of this event was to enable the participants to think critically about the role of trade facilitation in improving competiveness in low-income countries around the world, particularly landlocked countries and inform them about new substantive knowledge, tools and expertise to encourage partnerships in the area of trade facilitation.

Description: The event showcased the knowledge products and tools developed by the International Trade Department’s Trade Facilitation team; shared knowledge and expertise on how trade facilitation can improve trade competitiveness in low-income countries around the world, particularly landlocked countries; and promoted substantive information-exchange and encourage partnerships in the area of trade facilitation. Read more about this event.
