| The International Section of the GILD is designed to host information on the latest and most significant developments in the Insolvency and Creditors Rights world. The section comprises four different sections that group together Model Laws, Conventions, Initiatives, and Professional Associations.
Model Laws and Conventions give users the opportunity to find the text or a link to the most significant documents in the field.
Initiatives provide a brief, yet comprehensive overview of the existing initiatives in the Insolvency and Creditors Rights areas, either by multilateral organizations or by NGOs.
Professional Associations show links to those associations globally recognized for their work in this field.
By its nature, this site is constantly undergoing renovation and updates. Although major breakthroughs will certainly be highlighted in the GILD home site, it is very likely that other updates will remain unnoticed unless you visit us here. Please do so, since this is an aspect of paramount importance in the development of the insolvency laws and systems.
