The objectives of WBI’s program of assistance in trade are to assist our clients in:

• The development of sound national trade policy
• Their capacity to participate effectively in the WTO
• Their understanding of the benefits and costs of increased openness

We are targeting three audiences:

1. researchers and trainers
2. policy advisors and negotiators
3. civil society and the private sector
