Log on the GDLN Activity Management System (GDLN AMS). Register as a new Program Partner, if you do not have an account yet.

Fill in the form as provided and send it to KNA-MENA staff via fax or email.

Create an Activity Proposal (AP) for the proposed videoconference (VC). If the other sites of the VC have never been connected to GDLN, attach the technical details of such sites to the AP and indicate if the other sites or KNA-MENA are to initiate the ISDN call.

KNA-MENA staff confirm the booking.

Complete the remaining steps in the GDLN AMS to sign off an Activity Agreement for the proposed VC with the assistance of the GDLN Service Coordinator (email: lsemmoune@worldbank.org; tel.: 1 202 449 6009).

Come to KNA-MENA within one (1) day before the date of the event to check the room condition, determine seat arrangement and go through the logistics.
