Communication costs are free, if the connection is made via IP (Internet Protocol). Standard telecoms charges apply if sites are connected through an ISDN telephone line.

                        Discount policy: KNA-MENA offers 50% discount on room rental to its funding partners, which currently are the World Bank and the City of Marseille.
Cancellation policy: If an already confirmed VC is cancelled more than 5 business days before its scheduled time, NO cancellation fee will applied. All VCs cancelled otherwise will be charged a cancellation fee of (i) €100 for the VC set up and (ii) 50% of the expected room rental, to a maximum of € 200.  If a confirmed F2Fevent is cancelled more than 5 business days before its scheduled time, NO cancellation fee will applied.
