    The course is designed for representatives from government, project teams, NGOs, etc, and World Bank staff, ranging in age and experience and are typically employed as project managers and directors, M&E specialists, technical specialists, and researchers.

    Course Fee
    The course fee ($US) has the following options. (We will ask you to choose one if you are selected.  ARADO is providing discounted rates for Egyptian citizens.  All non-Egyptians should choose the Regular rate.)

    Regular

     
    Option R1 $1,980 with 5 nights of accommodation (e.g. check in Sunday & check-out Friday morning)
    Option R2 $1,850 with 4 nights of accommodation (e.g. check in Sunday & check-out Thursday morning)
    Option R3 $1,200 without accommodation
      
    Egyptian 
    Option E1 $1,650 with 5 nights of accommodation (e.g. check in Sunday & check-out Friday morning)
    Option E2 $1,450 with 4 nights of accommodation (e.g. check in Sunday & check-out Thursday morning)
    Option E3 $900 without accommodation
     

    The following items are included in the course fee: 
     
    Tuition
    Training booklets
    Welcome reception
    Light lunch each day
    Group photo
    Services (visa support, etc.) from ARADO
    Transportation between Sharm El Sheikh Airport and the hotel
    Limited medical insurance* while in Sharm El Sheikh (for certain categories of participants)
     
     
    The following items are NOT included in your course fee: 
     
    Transportation to/from Sharm El Sheikh (airfare, public transportation, taxi, etc)
    Local transportation
    Per diem
    Accommodations/Hotel (Unless you choose the fee+accommodation payment option.  See the fee table above.)
    Travel insurance (for airfare, etc.)
    Visa and passport application fees
    Dinners
    Other miscellaneous costs (including minibar, telephone, internet, laundry, etc. at the hotel)

    *Travel insurance will NOT be covered in the training fee. It is participants own responsibility to purchase a travel insurance.
     
      
    Very limited medical insurance will be covered with some exclusions. Please note that the insurance won't cover participants who are residents of Egypt and Part 1** countries. Nor will medical coverage be provided to persons from international organizations, including UN and affiliates. These participants need to purchase their own medical insurance.
