To apply for a JJ/WBGSP scholarship under the Regular Program, an applicant must read carefully the application procedure as outlined in documents below:

Applications are usually available as:

• on-line application form presented in English, French, or Spanish
• pdf files that can be downloaded from JJ/WBGSP website

We encourage you to use On-line Application Form (in English, French, and Spanish), if you have access to the JJ/WBGSP website. It will allow you to verify your basic eligibility criteria. And if you submitted your information successfully, it will also accelerate the process of your Application.

 It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit the application along with ALL supporting documentation including an admission letter to a master's degree program in ONE PACKAGE.

Any change of the original formatting of the application is not acceptable and the application will not be processed. Applications sent by fax or e-mail will not be processed.

• Requests for application materials and completed applications for all English-language Programs in Japan should be directed to the respective university.
  
• Applicants interested in applying for one of the Partnership Programs must apply directly to the partner university.
