| This Program was offered by several faculties within McGill University. The administration of the Program and a major share of the instruction was handled by the Faculty of Management. McGill worked intensively with its partner universities in Africa - the University of Ghana at Legon and Makerere University in Uganda - to assure a successful transfer of the Program in the fall of 1998. |

Key faculty and administrators of the partner universities visited McGill to lecture the cohorts residing in Montreal and discuss the development of the curriculum and instructional materials. To facilitate the transition, trainers were included in each cohort in Montreal. Representatives of McGill have visited the partner campuses for discussions with the administration and faculty.
