The Program in Policy Management is part of the Graduate School of International Political Economy (GSIPE) of the University of Tsukuba.  

The JJ/WBGSP's objective is to help create an international community of highly trained professionals working in the field of economic and social development. The World Bank expects the scholars to return to their home country on completion of their study programs and apply their enhanced knowledge and skills to help accelerate the pace of economic and social development.
