| | Achievements | - I am managing Swiss-aid Myanmar (Burma) program that is delivering aid to community based organizations within the frame work of strategic priorities including sustainable agriculture and natural resources management, capacity building, integration of gender and women development and peace building. Annual budget of the program that I am responsible is approximately 1 million US$.
- I received various scholarships from Canadian International Development Agency (1991), Keidanern Foundation, Japan (1992), WWF (1992), World Bank/Joint Japan Graduate Scholarship Program (1998-2000), University of Queensland Graduate School (2001-2002), Soros Foundation (2001-2002) and Prospect Burma (2002) to pursue post-graduate studies in the best universities of Thailand and Australia
- I successfully founded international conservation program like Wildlife Conservation Society and international development program like Save the Children Fund – UK in Burma during a period when there were extremely strict regulations concerning the activities of NGOs
- I wrote various technical and policy papers relating to the conservation, rural development and aid dilivery thrgouh consultancy services in various United Nations Agencies and academic instiiutions
- I have managed various project activites including technical and financial assistance for the community development, nature conservation, research, training and coordination
