• Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), Senior Executive program, April 2006 till date
  Have been in charge of two projects: ‘Women Political Empowerment and Leadership’ and ‘Gender in Institutions’ and gender resource person for all other projects in PRIA. Other job responsibilities include:

  • National level Gender Focal person with responsibility to mainstream gender in 12 states of India where PRIA works.
  • Institutional gender mainstreaming in partners of PRIA and other CSO's
  • Mainstream Gender in programs of PRIA, specially addressing gender issues in governance and civil society building.
  • Design gender sensitization programs and build capacity of project participants.
  • Served for two years in CGAMP (Committee for gender awareness and mainstreaming in PRIA) .

  • Constitution and strengthening of Master Training Teams
