| The BCD team comprises professionals with various technical and regional backgrounds. | Â  | Djordjija Petkoski Lead Specialist and Program Leader, for the Business, Competitiveness and Development team at WBI. Fifteen years with the WB, focusing mainly on business and development, including MDGs, corporate responsibility, multi-stakeholder partnerships, corporate governance and anti-corruption. | Â  | Michael Jarvis PSD Specialist, several years experience within WBI managing projects related to corporate responsibility, sustainable business models and private sector governance. Coordinates team engagement on global initiatives, notably with food, agribusiness, cement and extractives sectors, as well as country projects. Previously a private sector consultant focused on responsible business issues. |  | Diletta Doretti Extended Term Consultant, focusing on competitiveness and sustainability issues. Diletta has several years experience in the World Bank Group with GDLN and WBI. Project focus in ECA countries, especially Russia, Latin America and MNA. |  | Kathrin Frauscher Extended Term Consultant, focusing on business environment reforms, business advocacy, governance issues and capacity building of business member organizations. Particular experience in the Balkans and ECA region more broadly. | Â  | Â Ursula Milagros Martinez Angulo Short Term Consultant with several years of experience in regulation and supervision of the Insurance and Pension Systems. Other areas of expertise and focus include private sector development, specifically SMEs development, microfinance, inclusive and sustainable business; and Corporate Social Responsibility. | Â  | Â Â Salar Zeynelabidin Junior Professional Associate, focusing on projects in the area of governance and anti-corruption, corporate responsibility, sustainable business models and private sector governance. | Â  | Issel Maria Masses Ferrer Short Term Temporary with experience in educational and economic development in Africa and Latin America. Works to assist in the organization, marketing, and preparation of the Executive Development Program. | Â  | John Saville Program Assistant, coordinates preparatory, organizational, and administrative arrangements for the team. John joined the World Bank Institute in 1999 and is currently the program assistant in the team. |
