Seminar Hastily Formed Networks - Lessons for Disaster Management

This seminar was hosted to discuss Hastily (urgently) Formed Networks as a response to natural disasters, conflicts or even terrorism.  The urgency and scale of disasters often requires large numbers of organizations to rapidly coordinate a response without centralized planning or organizational structure.
