Regions & Countries

The Education Program is offered to all Regions of the World Bank with emphasis on the following two groups:

 

• Focus Countries   that formed partnership with the Education Program for implementation of the Comprehensive Development Framework principles in an integrated fashion through the Regional Knowledge and Learning Pillar. List of the current WBI focus countries can be found here.
• Countries recipients   of assistance under the Education For All (EFA) umbrella, including those nations that joined the Fast Track Initiative (FTI)  by developing a Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRSP) and by preparing an Education Sector Plan endorsed by the community of donors.
