The Course is free of charge for this event. However, participants are responsible for their own accommodation, per diem and travel to and from Bali, Indonesia.
All participants are free to make their own accommodation arrangements. However, for your convenience we will block 50 rooms between June 5 and June 10, 2011 at discounted rates in one of the Bali hotels.
Visa to enter Indonesia
Natives of most countries need a visa to enter Indonesia. Please check with the Indonesia Embassy or Consulate in your country to find out if you need a visa. Any expenses related to passports, visas, airport taxes, inoculations, etc. should be paid by you or your institution.
Please note that Indonesia requires you to have at least 6 months remaining on your passport. If you need a visa on arrival your passport must have at least one blank page for the visa.

Participants will be expected to arrive in Bali, Indonesia, no later than Sunday, June 5, 2011. This course will begin the morning of Monday, June 6, 2011, at the Bali International Convention Center. Participants will be staying at the Westin Resort which is housed under the same roof as the Convention Center. Ngurah Rai International Airport is the nearest airport with significant scheduled international services. Ngurah Rai Airport is about 25 minutes ride to the city and the taxi fare is about US$20.
Living Cost Estimate
Participants are expected to cover the cost of airfare between Bali, Indonesia and their home country. Participants will also be responsible for their hotel cost, estimated to be $900 for 5 nights at specially arranged hotels, as well as their subsistence expenses, estimated to be $416 for 5 days.
