|The Education program addresses the need among client countries for capacity development to improve the quality, efficiency, equity and sustainability of education reforms. It focuses on improving the provision of basic and post basic education to support countries' economic competitiveness.
To be effective, capacity building solutions must be tailored to a country’s specific context and vision. Education enhances capacities in countries at the individual, organizational, and societal levels by customizing learning offerings to specific national needs and priorities and by designing programs with long-term institution building in mind.
