    
Registration Participants are encouraged to register early. The registration deadline is October 5th, 2005. The workshop will start at 9:00 am on Monday, October 17, 2005. Participants should allow enough time to pickup their name badges and reading material prior to the conference. Please be prepared to show some sort of identification to be able to enter the building. To obtain a registration form, click here Fees Participation fee for the conference is: Government Officials: USD $1,300 Non-Government Officials: USD $1,500 The fee covers all workshop activities. It does NOT include accommodations. Payment The fee for audience participation is USD $1,300 for Government Officials, and USD $1,500 for Non-Government Officials. This fee applies to all sessions, materials, breakfast and lunch for Monday through Friday. It does NOT include travel or accommodation expenses, which should be planned by each participant.
