Target Audience:

Registration Fee:

There is a fee of US$1000 for participation in this conference, which includes all sessions from 9:00am Monday, September 17th to 4:00pm Wednesday, September 19th, 2007, as well as breakfasts and lunches each day, and cocktails on September 17th and 18th. Travel and accommodation are not included in the fee and should be planned by each participant. Payment may be made by check or wire transfer.
