Overview

The GDLN on Investment Climate took place on May 17, 2007, starting at 8:30am Washington, DC time. This seminar was part of Russia capacity building program in formulating and implementing policies designed to help improve the investment climate in Russia and increase competitiveness in the global market. It focused on the innovation, business environment, skill constraints and training components of the recently published book Enhancing Russia’s Competitiveness and Innovative Capacity (Raj Desai and Itzhak Goldberg, editors).
