for the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region in Paris (2002), Helsinki (2003) and Budapest (2004);
for the Middle East and North Africa Region (MNA) in Marseille (2002 and 2004).
The SIP program has also delivered a variety of policy fora, as for example, for the LAC (2002) region (Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico), Africa (2002) region (Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda), and for Brazil, China, and India (2001) .
