The Poverty Analysis Initiative aims at enhancing the capacity of different audiences in three areas:

Poverty measurement and diagnostics
Poverty Monitoring
Poverty impact evaluation

The combination of capacity building for various actors in each of these fields will foster increased use of information and analysis in decision-making processes. Poverty-Analysis Initiative (PAI) Resources:

The Poverty Manual presents an introductory course on poverty analysis. The course is designed as part of a broader training program of the World Bank Institute called the Poverty Analysis Initiative (PAI).
Poverty Analysis Courses for ECA countries are designed to enhance ECA countries' capacity to analyze and monitor poverty data.
Poverty Analysis Community (PAC) has been created to better meet the needs of participants of PAI.
Tools aims at sharing information to help you explore the diversity of subjects and methods applied in the field of poverty measurement, monitoring, and evaluation.
