Participants

Up to 12 delegates per country were invited from Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia and Montenegro. Observers from Kosovo and the FYR of Macedonia were also invited. The composition of national teams was determined by the respective governments, with the expectation that the selection would be based on the need to build capacity for PRSP development, implementation, and monitoring, and were drawn from PRS teams, line ministries, parliamentarians, local government, researchers/academics, and civil society representatives.

In addition, an additional 60 participants from multilateral, bilateral and donor organizations, including the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), IMF, and WB attended, in order to foster joint learning with their clients and counterparts.
