WBI Working Papers: Series on Contemporary Issues in Parliamentary Development

To promote a better understanding of issues affecting parliamentary development, a special Series of WBI Working Papers has been launched to promote and disseminate recent research and analyses from both academics and practitioners. These Papers typically are written as materials for WBI's seminars, workshops and study groups for parliamentarians, or reflect the outcomes of such activities.
