20th Latin American Regional Fiscal Policy Conference

January 28-31, 2008

Santiago, Chile

This is an annual event organized by CEPAL (the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America) in partnership with the IMF, OECD, IADB and the World Bank. This partnership has endured due to the critical importance attached by policy makers and officials in Latin America and all the partner institutions in South-South exchange of reform experiences on a regular basis. The participants are senior policy makers, and senior finance and budget officials from the LAC region and staff of international organizations and academics. About 300 participants are expected to attend this event.
