Parliamentary Budget Oversight- Training for the Sudanese National Assembly

In collaboration with the Parliamentary Center, the World Bank Institute held a seminar for Members of Parliament on Parliamentary Budget Oversight which took place from June 9-11, 2008 in Khartoum, Sudan. This learning activity was designed to strengthen the capacity of Members of Parliament to perform their financial oversight function and to equip them with the tools to analyze government budgets to ensure they meet development objectives.
