The WBI Trade Learning Program is designed to enhance the capacity of developing countries to put in place sound national trade policies and institutions that would enable them to take advantage of the world trading system and to help them participate effectively in multilateral and regional trade arrangements and negotiations. Trade-related learning and capacity building is designed to provide access to technical tools, lessons of experience, and rigorous research and learning opportunities that would strengthen understanding of the role of trade as an engine for sustainable growth and poverty reduction.
