“Our goal is to help you fulfill your goals.”
As the WBI water team, we recognize that there is no one solution for water management. Because water management affects social, economic, and political issues like any complex challenge that crosses regional borders and development sectors, we offer a broad range of services to help organizations increase their capacity and skills so they can implement effective management solutions, improve their economic growth, and deliver better services.Â
We work with governments, public and private institutions, associations, professionals, and civil society to align organizational outputs to meet local demands. We also help formulate regional, country, and international policies to achieve measurable results.
We are . . . In-depth Knowledge ~ Results Oriented ~ Defined Action ~ Implementation ~ Courage to Change ~ Out of the Box ~ Creativity Spark ~ Blended-learning Approaches ~ Real-time Technologies~ Peer Review ~ Committed to Quality ~Passion for Teamwork
To accomplish this, we organize and provide conferences, coaching, peer-to-peer guidance, informal gatherings, workshops, seminars, and training courses for executives, managers, and leaders to discuss real-world problems and develop real-world plans of actions.
Our work crosses boundaries and sectors: in Kenya and Uganda, we are helping develop social accountability and transparency processes; in the Middle East, we are creating leaders and providing change management coaching; and in Indonesia, we are helping to create an environment of change, building bridges between local governments and water utilities, facilitating debt restructuring, and gathering a pool of local experts.
Collectively, we look forward to addressing the world's water challenges with you.
