Urbanization is increasing and increasing demand on water resources and infrastructure. In some cases, urban development has encroached on its water source, which has left people and property vulnerable to floods.

This session looks at successful leadership strategies for addressing long and short-term solutions while balancing the voice of the people, special interest groups – including non-governmental organizations and the private sector, and good governance along with emerging technology and financial constraints requires financing options.
