Hybrid financinga combination of public and private fundsis gaining greater acceptance in the water sector as both parties seek to share the benefits and risks in infrastructure projects.
In this session, participants from Morocco, Jordan, Uganda, Turkey and Senegal, discuss current projects in supply, sanitation and irrigation to examine the structure of the hybrid schemesincluding financing and risk allocation.
