The two presentations for the ABCDE start by reviewing how the impact of growth has affected the global distribution of income across countries in 1980-2002, and then proceed to study the redistribution that takes place via aid flows and the income generated from flows of the factors of production--labor and capital—as well as the potential income that can be generated from liberalizing trade.
