The Regional Blood Transfusion Centers Project aims at securing the health benefits of safe blood transfusions (BT) in Vietnam. As such, Regional Blood Transfusion Centers (RBTCs) will be developed at Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue and Can Tho, which should serve provincial and district hospitals as well.
