The Tenth Poverty Reduction Support Credit (PRSC-10) to the United Republic of Tanzania will be the second in a series of three annual programmatic development policy operations (DPOs) in support of Tanzania's implementation of its poverty reduction strategy, Second Mkakati wa Kukuza Uchumi na Kupunguza Umasikini Tanzania (MKUKUTA II), complemented by the Five Year Development Plan I (FYDP I) as an operational tool.
